An act, fact, exploit, or deed; also, an Act; an authenticall writing, or Instrument, entered, or set downe as a Record, or President, in Court; a Testimoniall, or (short) order of Court; also, an Act, or Pause in a Comedie, or Tragedie; also, a quantitie, or measure, of ground, containing 120 feet. Les derniers exploicts, & actes de possession. Are (in an Assise of Nouel disseisin) the Plaintifs averment, and proofe, that he had quiet possession a whole yeare before the Disseisin.
