  2. You simply select a Daily POINTS Range based on your current body weight.
  3. You use the Food Lists and our new POINTSfinderTM to plan your meals and stay within your daily allotment of POINTS. That’s all there is to it.

The easy to use POINTSfinderTM lets you calculate the POINT value of every packaged food using the Nutrition Facts label. You can enjoy convenience foods, frozen foods, prepackaged foods, and know exactly how they fit into your Daily POINTS Range. The value of every food has been calculated or can, by you, in seconds. For example, a taco salad in a shell, without dressing, at a fast food restaurant is 15 POINTS, a fast food hamburger on a bun is only 5 POINTS! Even better, with the 123 Success Plan, extra physical activity earns you extra POINTS you can use or bank for when you need them.

2. It’s so simple and easy to follow - dieting isn’t a pain anymore.

The 123 Success Plan is easy to follow and stick to because you don’t have to weigh your food to figure out your portions. Just turn to the serving size guide on the Nutrition Facts labels you’ll find on every packaged food or use the simple tips we provide. For example, your thumb is about one ounce of meat or cheese; the palm of your hand is about 3 ounces of cooked meat, fish, or poultry.
