    Dance progression
:1-8: (a) All dance 16 running steps CW in large circle. Ditto CCW.
:9-16: (b) Take R elbow hook with partner and dance 4 step hops, turning CW full circle on the spot. Move on to next dancer, M progressing CCW in the circle, W progressing CW.
Take L elbow hook with next person, 4 step hops, with a stamp on the 1st step hop, turning CCW full circle on the spot.
Take R elbow hook with next person, 4 step hops, with a stamp on the 1st step hop, turning CW full circle on the spot.
Take L elbow hook with next person, 4 step hops, with a stamp on the 1st step hop, turning CCW half circle on the spot.
M turn half round CCW to face in LOD, to the left of the W.
:17-24: (c) Dance tyrolerhopsa: beginning with outside foot (M/L, W/R) dance one hopsa step, then one hopsa step beginning on 'inside' foot (M/R, W/L). Repeat.
Take waltz hold, and dance 4 hopsa steps turning, and moving in LOD.
Repeat (c).
    Repeat from (a) as long as the musicians are willing to play.
