5-7 (b) Couples 1 and 3 cross-over, while couples 2 and 4 open.
8-11   Couples 1 and 2 in dance position [waltz hold], and turn with step-hop.
12-18   Repeat measures 5-11, couples 1 and 3 finising in place.
5-18   Repeat measures 5-18, couples 2 and 4 cross over, couples 1 and 3 open.
    Part (b) is repeated after each part (a).
