1-4 1 (a) Couples in a closed circle, 8 step-hops CW.
1-4   Couples in a closed circle, 8 step-hops CCW.
5-11 (b) Couples 1 and 2 cross-over. Meanwhile couples 3 and 4 open.
12-18   Couples 1 and 2 cross over to original places. Meanwhile couples 3 and 4 open.
5-11   Couples 3 and 4 cross-over. Meanwhile couples 1 and 2 open.
12-14   Couples 3 and 4 cross over to original places. Meanwhile couples 1 and 2 open.
12-18   Couples 3 and 4 cross over to original places. Meanwhile couples 1 and 2 open.
    Part (b) is the same in all sequences.
|:1-4:| 2 (a) Partners dance with each other in place. Facing one another join R hands and dance around on the spot with step hops CW. Repeat going CCW.
|:1-4:| 3 (a) Women's single mill, starting with R hand in - step-hop CW, then reverse.
