Formation: 4 couple square set. Head couples (couples 1 and 2) respectively have their backs to or face the music. Side couples: couple 3 stands on the side to the right of couple 1, and couple 4 faces couple 3.

5-8   Courtesy to own partner.
9-16 1 (a) All couples, beginning with L hand to corner, chain to meet own partner in opposite place, 4 chassé steps.
Take R hand in R with partner, and turn 1/2 turn CW (to the left), 4 walking steps and a courtesy to the left to partner.
9-16 Turn 1/2 way round CCW (to the right) on the spot and chain back to place, 4 chassé steps. Take R hand in R with partner, turn 1/2 turn to the left, 4 walking steps and finish with a courtesy to the left to partner.
17 Forming lines: all hold partner with L hand in L, and M place right arm around partner's waist. Couple 1 turns 1/2 turn CCW on the spot (M backwards and W forwards) to face out of the set. Couple 3 steps to behind couple 1, and couple 4 behind couple 3. Couple 2 stands still. All couples are facing in the same direction (same direction as couple 1). Walking steps.
18-21 (b) All M guide respective partners to their left, while themselves dancing to the right, dropping hand-hold. 1 chassé-croisé, 2 pas de bas steps. M begins with R and W with L foot.
22-25 All couples repeat in the opposite direction (W passing in front of M), M to the left with L foot, and W to the right with R foot. 1 chassé-croisé, 2 pas de bas steps.
18-25 Led by the front couple, all M dance in a line to the left and all W to the right, down outside the lines, and back up the centre again. M begin with L foot, and W with R foot. 16 walking steps.
All M and W finish opposite own partner, in two lines, holding hands in the line.
26-29 (c) Lines advance and retire, 1 chassé step and 2 walking steps in each direction.
30-33 With two-hand hold with partner, dance once round CW on/to original place. 3 chassé steps and 2 walking steps.
1-8 (d) All M take L-hand star with thumb hold, and open waist-shoulder hold with partner, and dance twice round CCW, 8 chassé steps.
  2     Repeat. Order of the lines at the end of (a) is couples 2, 4, 3, and 1. All are facing in couple 2's direction.
  3     Repeat. Order of the lines at the end of (a) is couples 3, 1, 2, and 4. All are facing in couple 3's direction.
  4     Repeat. Order of the lines at the end of (a) is couples 4, 2, 1, and 3. All are facing in couple 4's direction.

    And ends with one clap on the last beat.
