Formation: any number of couples in a closed circle. If more than 10 couples, M and W circles (sequences 4 through 9) are danced as several smaller circles.

    Dance progression
|:1-8:| 1 (a) In closed circle, all dance 8 walking steps CW in large circle. Ditto CCW.
9-12 (b) M turn in to face partner, so they have backs to the centre of the circle, with W facing into circle.
All begin with L foot, dance 1 chassé and 2 walking steps to their left (M CCW and W CW), with a stamp on the second walking step.
13-16 All dance 1 chassé and 2 walking steps to their right (M CW and W CCW), finishing with a light stamp on the last walking step.
9-16 Repeat (b).
17-24 (c) Skubkæde: All take side-cross hold with partner, and walk in couples in LOD, 8 walking steps.
17-24 Without dropping handhold, M turns R and W turns L to face in RLOD, and dance CW in circle, 8 walking steps.

|:1-8:| 3 (a) Swing partner, waltz hold, CW on the spot, 16 buzz steps.

Translator's note: normally danced as part of a set of dances immediately following totur fra Hanemose, and followed by a firtur/firetur such as firetur fra Vålse.
