Formation: 3 couple set, couple 1 faces couples 2, couple 3 stands behind couple 2, also facing couple 1.

Steps: hop-swing : hop onto L foot (1), swinging R foot across and infront of L, while hopping a second time on L foot (&). Hop onto R foot (2), swinging L foot across and infront of R, while hopping on R foot (&).

    Dance progression
1-4 a Couples 1 and 2, holding inside hands, dance 8 hop-swing, starting to the L. On the last two steps, couple 2 turns to face couple 3.
1-4   Repeat, now with couple 2 dancing with couple 3.
5-12 b Couples 2 and 3 make a circle, and dance 8 hop-swing 1-1/2 times round on the spot CW. Repeat dancing once round CCW, and beginning with a stamp. Couples 2 and 3 have now changed places.
:1-4:   Repeat (a), with couple 3, in the middle position, now dancing first with couple 2, and then with couple 1.
5-12   Repeat (b), with couple 3 now dancing with couple 1.
     
    The dance can be danced in lines of couples standing beside couples 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
    The dance can also be danced in a circle, with alternative couples facing in LOD and RLOD. It then becomes a circle progressive dance.
