Two versions of the quiz are available.
One is intended for older browsers that do not support DHTML, the other
for newer ones (probably version 4 or higher) that do. The content is the
same. My thanks to Martin Holmes and his colleagues at the University of
Victoria in Victoria, BC, Canada, for making this software available to
the online academic community.
