Dear linguists,

SLUGS will be holding a General Meeting followed by an election for next year's SLUGS Executive on Thursday, March 19th. Please see the list of proposed constitutional changes for the executive positions that will be available to vote for if the changes are passed! Following the meeting, a ballot box will be available in the Linguistics Lounge from 3:10 PM to 11:30 AM the next day for you to submit your votes to.

If you are interested in running for a position on SLUGS, look over the proposed changes and then let us know what positions you're interested in running for. You can email us at slugs@chass.utoronto.ca, message us on Facebook, or declare your candidacy at the General Meeting. Please note that you are welcome to campaign in advance of the election; however, once the ballot box is opened at 3:10 PM, you may no longer campaign.
