We are working on recodes and syntax files for analysis. Interviews continue to be transcribed and should be done mid-May.

March 2005

-Interviews continue, we are hoping to have them done by the end of March, but some have been scheduled for April. Transcribers have been hired to start the transcription process. Surveys continue to roll in, and coders are working on data entry and cleaning of the data.

February 2005

-Intro letters were sent to the first round of participants and interviews were scheduled and conducted. The research group met to talk about the first 40-50 interviews and make any changes. Letters were sent to second round of participants and interviews scheduled.

January 2005

-Back to working on the interview schedule, which was finally completed towards the end of January. We did some pretests with people we knew, and had a retreat to test the questions on each other. Participants were arranged to be contacted, letters to participants were created.

December 2004

-We are still working on the interview. This is a tough month as people are going away and the holidays and all.

November 2004

-The interview guide is in the process of becoming finalized, and we are trying to schedule interviews for the end of the month. We hope to have the interviews completed by mid-January and then transcribed. Estimated completion of data collection and formatted for analysis by end of February.

October 2004
